If the team are all on calls, the PBX will answer with a recorded message, and place callers on hold until someone is available automatically. Guest services teams can make use of these features too, with separate queues and call distribution rules to suit.

In front of house you can use any of our standard phone options on the same system as guest phones, making it easy to manage calls between rooms, reception and various other departments around the venue.
