Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of software applications to identify bugs, errors and performance issues. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow. Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present status reports, highlighting milestones, issues and resolutions. Facilitate project meetings and ensure all action items are addressed. Utilise tools like Jira, Trello or similar to manage project tasks and reporting. Requirements: 5+ years experience in quality assurance and project management roles in the IT sector. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and processes. Hands-on experience with code review and testing frameworks. Proficiency with software and tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Monday.com, Trello or similar. Familiarity with languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery. Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
