Managing Mobile Call Forwarding and Call Waiting

MaxoSIM services support both conditional and unconditional call forwards, managed from the phone in which the SIM is inserted.

Enabling or disabling a call forward may take some time to take effect. If your forward or disable request does not immediately work as expected, please wait 5 minutes before trying again.

This guide contains instructions for managing call forwarding from your device. You can also manage your call forwarding settings by Configuring SIM Options

Enabling a call forward

Using the table below, identify the type of forward you wish to enable and make note of the respective forwarding code. You can then dial the following from your handset, before pressing the dial or send button

** Forwarding Code * The number you are forwarding calls to *10#

For example, if you wished to forward all calls (Unconditional Forward) to another mobile, you would dial the following

** 21 * 0491570006 * 10 #

Disabling a call forward

Using the feature code which you used to enable call forwarding, dial the following from your handset, before pressing the dial or send button

For example, if you wished to cancel a forward which is forwarding all calls (Unconditional Forward), you would dial the following

Checking the status of a call forward

Using the feature code which you wish to check the status of, dial the following from your handset, before pressing the dial or send button

Managing call waiting

If you do not want to receive multiple calls concurrently, you can disable call waiting. For a Call Forward Busy to have effect, call waiting must be disabled

Restoring voicemail after disabling a call forward

To restore automatic call forwarding to voicemail after removing another type of call forward, dial the following from your handset, before pressing the dial or send button
