How Does Data Banking Work?
Data banking allows you to carry any unused data forward for use in subsequent months, up to a maximum of 500GB.
Data banking is not available on Data Pooling plans. For more information on how data pooling works, see How Do Data Pools Work?
In each month, the unused portion of your data quota is 'rolled over' into the next month, and the next month's maximum quota is your normal service quota + the amount you have banked.
For example, using a 50GB plan:
Banked data continues to carry forward if you do a plan upgrade, but a plan downgrade will forfeit any banked data.
